Instagram DMsDrafts, not sends

Your DMs are the funnel. Stop typing the same six answers.

Connect the account and an agent reads every thread, looks up the answer in your calendar, your client list and your knowledge base, and writes the reply in your voice. You read it and press send.

Hey! Are you free Thursday afternoon? Also is the price still 40?

Draft — edit and send

Thursday works — I have 14:00 and 16:30 open. Still 40, that hasn't changed since your last session in June. Which one shall I hold?

This is for one kind of inbox

If the list on the left is not you, the rest of the page will waste your time — and we would rather say so here than after you have signed up.

Worth your time if

  • Your DMs are where people ask about prices, availability and whether you have a slot on Thursday.
  • You answer the same six questions every day, in your own words, and you would rather not lose those words.
  • A booking, an order or a client relationship starts in the inbox, so a missed message is money.
  • You already keep the answer somewhere else — a calendar, a client list — and you are the one copying it across.

Close the tab if

  • You want to send cold DMs at volume. This never sends first, and mass outreach is against Instagram's rules.
  • You want a bot that replies with no one watching. Every reply is a draft until you press send.
  • You need an answer within seconds. New messages take a few minutes to reach it.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are a chatbot

01

Connect your account

Two clicks: you approve it in Instagram's own window, the way you would any app. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and you can disconnect whenever you like.

02

Ask in your own words

“Who is waiting on an answer?”, “reply to Mara about Thursday”, “what did I promise this person in June?”. No menus, no rules to set up, no keywords to define.

03

It writes, you send

The reply is waiting for you in your own words, with the date, the price and the history already right. Change a word, send it, or throw it away.

A document with one line found by a magnifying glass

Your knowledge base

Write it once, never repeat it again

Prices, offerings, how booking works, delivery, the questions every new client asks — you keep them in one document, in your own words. Every draft quotes that page instead of asking you, so the answer to the hundredth “how much is a session?” is as exact as the first.

  • One document, written by you — not a pile of snippets to maintain.
  • The agent searches it before answering anything about price or terms.
  • It can read the page, never edit it: change the price once, every reply after that is right.

What it does

Six things, and that is the whole list

This is everything it can do — there is no seventh thing it might surprise you with. Five of the six only look; the one that writes, writes a draft.

Shows you who is waiting

Every conversation, newest first — including the ones sitting unopened under the fold.

Reads the whole conversation

The thread from the beginning, not just the last message, so the answer knows what was already promised.

Writes the reply

In your words, with the details filled in, straight into the panel for you to look over.

Keeps an eye on the inbox

It looks for new messages every few minutes on its own — and right away if you ask it to.

Tells you if the account drops off

Instagram signs apps out from time to time. You hear about it here instead of wondering why the inbox went quiet.

Adds people to your client list

Names and when they last wrote, added to your client list when you ask. Never the messages themselves.

Why the answers are right

It can see the rest of your business

Most inbox automation can only see the inbox, which is why it offers a time you no longer have. This one asks whichever app owns the answer, and they are all in the same workspace.

  • Calendar

“Are you free Thursday?” is answered from the actual week — including the slot someone booked an hour ago through your public page.

  • Clients

Who this handle is, what they bought, where you left off. The reply knows the history you would have gone looking for.

  • Gmail

The same person emailed you last week. One agent reads both, so the DM does not contradict the email.

  • Knowledge Base

Your prices and policies, quoted from the page you wrote — not remembered, not guessed.

Egbe.

Limits

What it will not do for you

Every one of these is a decision, not a gap we are hiding.

It never sends

It cannot send a reply. The worst case of a wrong draft is a draft you delete, which is the only version of this we were willing to ship.

It is a few minutes behind

New messages land within a few minutes, not the same second. Ask it to check and it looks straight away.

It does not start conversations

No lists, no first messages, no scraping handles. It works on threads someone already opened with you.

Nothing fires on its own yet

A new message does not wake it up on its own yet — you ask, or you open the panel. Bookings from your calendar already do, and Instagram is next.
